Refunds and Exchange Policy

Orders are shipped USPS first class mail.  Shipping within the United States is $5 on orders up to $50 and is free on orders over $50.  International shipping rates vary by destination.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it to Pixel & Polly.

You have 60 days to return unwashed and unworn items to us.  We will exchange the item or refund your credit card.
